Villagers who are working in their own farms near forest areas have become victims of wild animals and therefore, I have written to forests and environment minister of Gujarat to allow killing of animals that attack humans. I am also going to write union minister of forests and environment in this regard," Dileep Sanghani, former MP from Amreli told TOI."There is a provision in law that if humans comes under attack and face life threatening situation, he has right to kill the opponent.
