Lion scales wall to prey on calf

A reign of terror spread in the Khilavad village near here, as a lion scaled a seven foot wall to prey on a calf on Saturday night at one Mohan Bhalalla house in Una of Amreli district. Three lions stood guard outside, it is learnt. Four lions entered the village at night to look for prey. When they did not find any stray cattle, a lion got the scent of the alf and jumped the wall to prey on it. Its companions waited outside as if on guard.
