Leopard found dead in Dhari farm
Times of India
A dead leopard was found from a farm at Seemar village of Dhari range on Sunday, killed by tightening a wire noose around its abdomen. It was found near the fencing wire at a farm owned by one Madhav Ladumor, located on the eastern range of the Gir forest. “Circumstantial evidence shows that a wire noose killed the animal, which appeared to be five or six-year-old. We have been given names of two people suspected to be behind the killing and have launched a manhunt to nab them,” said a forest official.
